The SC-4036M series is designed for small and medium-sized parts processing, featuring a Japanese-style 30° high-low rail structure, high-torque spindle, and 8-station servo turret for excellent heavy cutting capability and machining accuracy.

1. Integral cast bed with 30° high-low rail structure significantly suppresses cutting vibration. Combined with heavy preload roller guides for high-precision machining. Tilted bed design enhances chip removal efficiency, standard high-pressure cooling system extends tool life.

2. High-rigidity base: One-piece cast bed with coolant tank, 30° tilted structure optimizes chip removal path, reducing manual cleaning.

3. Precision guide system: X/Z axes use P-class heavy preload roller guides (35 spec), 8-slider layout increases rigidity by 50%, repeat positioning accuracy ≤0.005mm.

4. Unit spindle: A2-6 mechanical spindle, 3000r/min high speed + 62mm through hole balances efficiency and stability.

5. High-efficiency automation: 8-station servo turret + 8-inch hydraulic chuck supports continuous complex operations.

6. Fully enclosed protection: Splash guard + bottom chip conveyor, optional rear chain conveyor for seamless robot integration.
