The SC-5050(A2-8) series is designed for large part machining. A2-8 spindle + 140N·m torque output enables powerful turning. 86mm oversized through-hole supports continuous processing of long bar materials.

1. Ultra-strong rigidity: A2-8 grade mechanical spindle (2500r/min) + 140N·m high torque, capable of turning hardened steel parts.

2. Heavy-duty rails: 45 roller 8-slider P-grade heavy preload rails + 2 C3-grade 4008/4012 ball screws, maintaining stability at 25m/min rapid traverse.

3. Large through-hole advantage: 86mm spindle through-hole + 76mm draw tube diameter, supporting continuous processing of long bar materials.

4. Expandable tool magazine: 12-station servo hydraulic turret, supports custom boring bar holders.

5. Full protection system: Three-stage splash seal + optional rear chip removal solution, compatible with automated production lines.

6. Hydraulic enhancement: 2.2kW hydraulic station + 10-inch chuck, clamping force up to 8 tons.

High-Precision High-Rigidity Servo Hydraulic Turret

SC-5050(A2-8) uses high-performance 8/12 station servo hydraulic turret, supporting continuous processing of complex procedures.

Adopts servo motor indexing, gear disc precision positioning, and hydraulic clamping structure.

Fully sealed inside turret, no lifting during rotation. Fast tool change, high positioning accuracy. Can withstand 7Mpa high-pressure water power.

Adopts A2-8 mechanical spindle design with 15kw built-in direct-drive motor.

High-torque design combined with precision bearing system maintains stable operation even under low-speed heavy-load cutting conditions, providing excellent cutting capability.

Spindle through-hole diameter up to 86mm, easily processes large shaft parts. Maximum spindle speed 2500rpm, meeting both heavy cutting and precision machining requirements.

Equipped with high-rigidity hydraulic tailstock system. Manual adjustment stroke 320mm, automatic sleeve stroke 100mm, Morse Taper No. 5 design.

No need to worry about shaft workpiece vibration issues, achieving stable machining under powerful cutting conditions.

Super high-rigidity box-type bed structure resistant to thermal displacement.
